It has been a busy few weeks! Even Elsa did not deter vacationers. Our guests were hiking in the rain, eating at wonderful restaurants nearby or using DVD players, CDs and more modern devices in their rooms. Today is a beautiful day!

It took 8 years but last year, I learned ( I am a little slow sometimes!) why our roses ... never had any blossoms. We saw a deer eating some we had just planted! The deer have a path from the hill behind the Inn to Rte 1 through our yard. And they come back via Rte 191! We tried sprays... last year but have decided to let them enjoy the yard!
