Tonight we proudly congratulate Recruit Class 0526 on graduating from recruit training! 🎉🇺🇸

Over the past several weeks, these young men and women have shown determination, discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. They faced challenges head-on, pushed through obstacles, and earned the title of Young Marine through hard work and dedication.

We could not be more proud of everything you have accomplished and the growth you have shown throughout this journey. Your commitment to leadership, service, and personal excellence represents the very best of the Young Marines program.

As you begin this next chapter, remember that graduation is only the beginning. We cannot wait to see what each of you will achieve as members of the Natchaug River Young Marines family. The future is bright, and we know you will continue to make your unit, your families, and your community proud.

This weekend, the Natchaug River Young Marines completed their 24-Hour Survival Encampment!

Throughout the event, the Young Marines were challenged to build their own shelters, build and maintain a fire for the full 24 hours, cook all 3 meals over the fire, stay awake the entire time, and gather enough wood to keep their fires going.

Every Young Marine did an outstanding job, showed determination, teamwork, and resilience, and learned valuable survival skills along the way. We are proud of all their hard work and dedication.

Keep up the great work, Young Marines! Semper Fidelis!

Sleeves are officially UP! 💪🇺🇸

Tonight, our Young Marines and recruits put in the work during a hands-on class covering proper sleeve rolling techniques. From the smallest details to overall uniform appearance, everyone showed focus, discipline, and pride in doing it right.

We’re proud of the effort and attention to detail our unit continues to demonstrate. Looking sharp and staying squared away!

This past weekend, the Natchaug River Young Marines had the incredible honor of attending the Honor Flight send-off at T.F. Green Airport 🇺🇸✈️

Our Young Marines proudly presented the colors as we helped send off a group of deserving veterans on their journey to visit the memorials built in their honor. It was a powerful and humbling experience to stand among heroes and show our respect for their service and sacrifice 🎖️

We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful event and to support those who have given so much for our country ❤️🤍💙

Tonight, the Natchaug River Young Marines were honored to host the Travis Manion Foundation at our drill as we came together to remember and honor the legacy of 1stLt Travis Manion.

In tribute to his life and sacrifice, our Young Marines completed the Manion WOD — a powerful workout consisting of a 400-meter run followed by 29 air squats, repeated 7 times — symbolizing the date of his passing. It was a challenging and meaningful way to reflect on courage, commitment, and service.

We are grateful to the Travis Manion Foundation for joining us, sharing in this experience, and helping inspire the next generation to live with character and purpose.

🌟 Tonight’s Spotlight: Leadership in Action! 🌟

The Natchaug River Young Marines are proud to highlight YM PVT Wright for leading an important class on the dangers of alcohol this evening. 🛡️📚

Our Young Marines not only learn discipline and teamwork but also the tools to make smart, safe choices in life. YM PVT Wright’s presentation reminded everyone why awareness and education are key to staying healthy and responsible.

💪 Great job, YM PVT Wright! Your leadership sets an inspiring example for your fellow Marines.
