🧩 April is National Autism Acceptance Month! 🧩 Autism is a spectrum disorder that affects how people interact with others, communicate, learn, and behave. Currently, 1 in 36 children in the United States have autism. The East Hazel Crest Police department will have multi-colored puzzle block style magnets on our squad cars for April. EHCPD aims to recognize and promote support, understanding, and acceptance for individuals affected by autism in our community.

Please check out the Autism Society website for more information and resources. https://autismsociety.org/autism-acceptance-month/
