Hawk System Refresher - The City of East Grand Forks has a Hawk Trafic Signal System at Bygland Road and 13th Street SE.
Pedestrians - Pedestrians should press the button at the corner and then wait for the "Walk" signal.
Drivers - If no lights are activiated you can proceed as normal. If the lights are solid red then stop and let all pedestrians clear the intersection. When the lights are flashing red, treat the signal like a stop sign - come to a complete stop and then proceed when the intersection is clear.

Great-ish News! On Monday April 20th Construction will start. The biggest impacts to travel will begin next month. Most of all watch out for work crews and follow the traffic cones and signs.
