**NOTICE TO EAST CARBON RESIDENTS**

Mayor Carolyn Abeyta and the East Carbon City Council have agreed to uphold the proclamation limiting the use of culinary water, which was originally issued on September 17, 2025. This restriction will remain in effect until further notice.

All residents are required to continue following the guidelines set forth in the proclamation to help conserve our community’s water supply. Your cooperation is essential.
