Day 1 of Connie Mack Day's festivities were a great success. Listening to the guest speakers depict Connie Mack's life was interesting and informative. What a great man! We hope you join us tomorrow for the parade and festivities as we continue to celebrate Connie Mack.

The Connie Mack Day Committee/Pride Committee is looking for help, Saturday morning Sept 8th. to help spruce up the area around Connie Mack Field in anticipation of Connie Mack Day celebrations. If you can spare even an hour we can use you to help w**d some beds, plant some mums and do some general cleanup. The more hands, the fast it will go. Please bring a rake or a shovel if you can!

A quick reminder to those marching and entering a float in the CONNIE MACK DAY PARADE:

The organizing committee is looking for anyone who would like to march, enter a baseball themed, non-politcal float or enter an antique car or tractor in the parade.
