Just a reminder of our June calendar- after this week, the next Client Choice Pantry date is 7/7.

🔹Our SNAP, Medicaid and Medicare reps are in Tuesday, 6/16 from 1-3pm. Stop in with your questions!

And a reminder to our Saturday clients, we are closed on Saturday 7/4 due to the holiday, but open on Saturday, 7/11.

Donations gladly accepted of new or gently used clothing, household linens, or small households goods.

Current food needs (not expired): canned meat or pastas, mac and cheese, 100% juice, pasta-roni and sugar free items.

New, unused hygiene items and cleaning items are always welcome. Toilet paper is one of our most requested items.

Important info for Summer EBT Kids program!

New York’s Summer EBT Food Benefits program helps families buy food for school-aged children during the summer months.

Eligible families can receive $120 in food benefits for each eligible child, which can be used to purchase items such as fruits, vegetables, meat, whole grains and dairy at authorized retail food stores, farmers’ markets and anywhere SNAP is accepted.

Many children will be automatically enrolled and do not need to apply. Some families may need to complete an online application by Sept. 8, 2026.

Families should know:

✅ Automatically enrolled children do not need to apply
✅ Some families may need to apply at SummerEBT.ny.gov
✅ Benefits should be used soon after they are received
✅ Unused benefits expire 122 days after they are issued

Reminder! UB’s Health on Wheels Mobile Health Clinic will be on Tuesday & Thursday this week, 1-3pm. It’s free and open to the public, and they’ll have some freebies to pass out!

☀️June at FISH of East Aurora is packed with lots of resources, and of course, food, clothing and household items!

Our SNAP rep from visits us monthly, as do our Medicaid and Medicare reps. June 2nd and 4th, the public is welcome to stop by Health on Wheels for blood pressure and oral cancer screenings. And, our Mobile Food Pantry is here Wednesday, 6/3 from 3-4pm (please do not arrive early).
