We are thrilled to be one of the wonderful nonprofits across the state of Idaho participating in this annual celebration of generosity. Idaho Gives is all about neighbors supporting neighbors—and we are so proud to be part of a community that shows up with such heart.

Because of caring supporters like you, Eagle Community Foodbank is able to serve our neighbors with dignity and compassion. In 2025 alone, we helped 5,500 individuals right here in our community. More than 60% of those we serve are seniors, making reliable access to nutritious food especially critical.

The Eagle Kiwanis Club is hosting a Spring Food Drive on April 14, and we need your help to support local families in need.

🗓 Date: April 14, 2026
🕒 Time: 3 PM – 7 PM
📍 Location: Albertson’s in Eagle
(250 S Eagle Rd, Eagle, ID)

We are collecting:
Soup, canned meat, canned fruit, cereal, chili, baking ingredients, peanut butter & jelly, paper towels, and toilet paper.

All donations will go directly to the Eagle Food Bank, helping ensure our community stays supported and cared for.

Last week we welcomed Mayor Pike, along with Girl Scout leaders Jacqueline and Kim, into the Eagle Foodbank to highlight their new cookie donation program that was designed with our neighbors in mind. While our primary mission is providing basic food staples to our neighbors who are experiencing food insecurity, we’re always happy to help spread a little extra joy—especially when it comes in the form of Girl Scout Cookies! 🍪 This Eagle Girl Scouts troop is doing just that, and you won’t want to miss their story. There’s always something fun happening at the City of Eagle Senior Center — from games and fitness classes to social events and special programs that keep our seniors active and connected.

They’re currently looking for volunteers! If you enjoy spending time with seniors and making a positive impact, give them a call to learn how you can get involved. A little time can make a big difference.
