Wonderful old shot of my grandma, her sisters and cousin at the Eagle River Lighthouse when it was my Great Grand Uncle's place in the early 1900's! Keeping it in the family. Another shot of extended family along with a great shot of my Great Grandfather Jack Hartman on the Eagle River Bridge.....

Several of my properties in Eagle River, Michigan including the Lighthouse, the German Hotel, the Pub/saloon etc. are connected together through my Great Great Great Grandfather and Grandmother (Jacob and Susamie Barth) who landed in Eagle River in 1862 and their daughters, my Great Great Grand Aunt, Margaret Barth and her sister My Great Great Grandmother - Susanne Barth..... Lovely Keweenaw history stretching back over 150 years from the shores of Eagle River to Jack Hartmans saloon and house in Laurium To my Great grandfather Lokar whose life was lost and spirit resides in the red jacket/hecla mine in calumet.... they built their life in the keweenaw as a bridge from the old world to the new world in America.
