Solid Waste notice to all Maverick County/City of Eagle Pass residents.

⚠️ SOLID WASTE NOTICE ⚠️

Due to recent high winds and flooding, some residential containers may have been moved or displaced.

Residents are encouraged to document the serial number located on the front of their container and keep it for their records. This will help the City identify and return containers to their proper address if needed.

Please use caution when driving through the area. Residents are encouraged to avoid parking on the street while work is underway to help crew complete the project safely and efficiently.

🚧 PROJECT UPDATE 🚧

Our Public Works concrete crew, under the supervision of Mr. Juan Rodriguez, is currently working hard in repairing a canal located under the Garrison St. overpass. This project is essential to maintaining proper drainage and ensuring the long-term stability of the surrounding infrastructure.

👷 Crew is focused on restoring damaged concrete, reinforcing the structure, and improving water flow through the canal.

Projects like these keep our city safe, functional, and prepared for future weather conditions. 🌧️

Starting this May, the Public Works Department will begin its Clean-up Campaign within the city limits. 🧹🌿

🔵 Residents from Zone B are next to receive blue notices, so be on the lookout. They will be distributed next week, starting Monday, April 27, 2026. Once received, you may begin placing your bulky items/brush on the curb. Please be sure to read the notice carefully - it includes important details about the campaign!
