Falls are one of the most common causes of injury for older adults, but many risks can be prevented with simple changes at home.

This workshop will guide participants through how to identify potential fall hazards in their home and provide practical strategies to create a safer living environment. Topics will include improving lighting, reducing tripping hazards, organizing living spaces for better accessibility, simple exercises, and making small modifications that can significantly reduce fall risk.

This session is perfect for anyone who wants to stay independent, safe, and confident at home.
