Due to the continued road conditions in Dyer County, General Sessions and Juvenile courts that are scheduled for Wednesday, January 28th, will now be rescheduled for Wednesday February 18th!

General Sessions and Circuit Clerks offices will also be closed on Wednesday January 28th.

Due to inclement weather, Circuit & General Sessions Offices will be closed Monday 1/26 & Tuesday 1/27. General Sessions court for Monday, January 26th will be moved to Monday, February 23rd. And Tuesday, January 27th child support court will be moved to February 17th.

GOOD MORNING DYER COUNTY!

We are moving back to the courthouse! Yes, you read that right, BACK TO THE COURTHOUSE!!!

Wednesday, June 18th, the Circuit Clerk’s Office will be moving back into the courthouse, permanently! That being said, our office will be limited in what we can do. All filings, payments, and inquiries will need to be made to the General Sessions Office during this time. We will be unavailable to the public. We are so sorry for the inconvenience but ecstatic to be back in the courthouse!
