Transitions would like to send a very special thank you to the Thurmond family for their generous donation and, even more importantly, for taking the time to share their story with the ladies of Transitions.

Your willingness to open your hearts and share your journey was such a blessing. Sometimes our greatest testimony is simply being willing to tell others where God has brought us from and remind them that God can take our hardest seasons and use them for His glory.

Your kindness, encouragement, and generosity meant so much to our ladies. Thank you for allowing God to use your family to be a light and an encouragement to women who are walking through their own journey of restoration.

💗 Family Time Matters 💗

Skyler was blessed with some precious quality time with her family. Moments like these are a beautiful reminder that recovery isn’t just about changing a life—it’s about restoring relationships, making memories, and becoming the woman God created you to be.

We are so thankful for the gift of family and for every opportunity our ladies have to reconnect with the people they love.

Today, the ladies of Transitions were blessed with the opportunity to share their testimonies at Palestine Methodist Church through songs, sign language and dance, personal testimonies, and cardboard testimonies.

We are so grateful for every opportunity God gives us to share what He has done in our lives. These ladies are living proof that God can take broken pieces and make something beautiful out of them.
We are honored to represent Jesus and Transitions, and we pray that everything we do points people back to Him.

Remembering 9/11

September 11, 2001 — We Will Never Forget. 🇺🇸
Some dates are more than dates. Some moments become a part of our hearts forever.

On this day, innocent lives were taken. Mothers lost sons. Fathers lost daughters. Children lost parents. Families said goodbye without ever getting the chance to say it was their last.

We remember the 2,977 precious lives who never made it home. We remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, and ordinary people who ran toward the danger while others were running away.

We remember the phone calls that became final goodbyes.The families who waited.The heroes who sacrificed.The tears that still fall 25 years later.And we remember that in the middle of unimaginable darkness, we saw incredible courage, compassion, unity, and love.
Today, let us never take our families, our freedom, or another day of life for granted.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

God bless the families who still carry the pain.
God bless those who served and sacrificed.
And God bless the United States of America.

We are so thankful for the local church, Christ Church Baptist Fellowship that continues to love and support our Transitions ladies!

From Bible studies that help strengthen their faith to birthday celebrations that remind them they are loved, every moment of fellowship is a blessing. Thank you for opening your doors, sharing your hearts, and showing these women the love of Christ in such a beautiful way.
