We are feeling so grateful today.

Join us for a family-friendly evening at Little Harts Play Cafe focused on opening up the conversation around dads, fatherhood, mental health, and the real-life pressure many dads carry quietly.

This event will include a conversation and panel discussion led by Carina Lane, licensed therapist, trained in perinatal mental health and parenting coach, as she interviews dads about their experiences through fatherhood.

This is for new dads, seasoned dads, dads-to-be, and father figures. Moms and kids are welcome too. Kids can play while dads gather in the cafe for the discussion.

Bring dinner, grab a table, and make it work for your family’s schedule. We want this to feel easy, approachable, and supportive.

No family will be turned away.
