We did a little Day of Service warm up round at the Lafayette VA Clinic. Served over 100 jambalaya plates to the veterans and staff at the clinic. Thanks to John Venable, Chuck C**n, Richard Brasseaux, Bill Martin, and Tom Grote for cooking and serving.

Looking forward to cooking red beans and rice at the clinic on May 14 for our Day of Service!
