Cadets (both current and future) & family and friends,

I want to introduce myself as the new Recruiting Operations Officer (ROO) for the Wildcat Battalion. I am a New Hampshire native and graduate of the University of New Hampshire, as well as a career Army officer who recently retired in 2023. If you want to learn more about me I have linked my bio on the UNH ROTC homepage here: https://www.unh.edu/army/person/mr-ryan-morgan

I am excited to be back in NH and recruiting the best future officers for the US Army. My intent is to be the first point of contact for all those entering the Battalion. If you have questions about what it takes to be in the Battalion and the responsibilities which come from being a commissioned officer in the US Army please do not hesitate to call my cell phone. Current Cadets, if you have friends currently attending UNH, Saint Anselm, Dartmouth or Southern New Hampshire University and are interested in the program please reach out or bring them by Zais Hall to schedule a meeting.

Have a safe and productive summer, stay fit, and I look forward to meeting you in the Fall.

Thank you,
Mr. Ryan Morgan

Two more days Wildcat Battalion! Today I would like to introduce myself! I am Cadet Cadigan, a Nursing Major at the University of New Hampshire! I am from East Bridgewater, Massachusetts and I will be commissioning as a Second Lieutenant into the Army Nurse Corps for Active-Duty. My favorite memory from ROTC is definitely the people I met along the way and all that I have learned from my Cadre at the Wildcat Battalion. I am most excited to have the honor to take care of the soldiers and their families for the sacrifices they make for us and our country, while getting to express my passion to lead. Thank you all for tagging along the Senior Spotlights. I cannot wait to stand beside my fellow peers who I am all very beyond proud of to take our oath this Friday❤️

Finishing up our senior spotlights this week and today we have Cadet Ngoasong, a Business Administration Major at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). Cadet Ngoasong is from Cameroon, Africa and upon commissioning day, he is branching Signal Corps as a Second Lieutenant. He says “One of my favorite ROTC memories has been the leadership and teamwork during field training exercises. Working together under pressure and seeing everyone push through challenges made the experience very rewarding. I’m most looking forward to growing as a leader, developing technical and communication skills in the Signal Corps, and serving in positions where I can positively impact soldiers and missions.” You will make huge impacts Cadet Ngoasong!🇺🇸

Today’s senior spotlight is Cadet Gaudioso, a nursing major from Colby-Sawyer College! Next week, he will be commissioning as a Second Lieutenant into the Nurse Corps for Active Duty! Cadet Gaudioso is from Branford, Connecticut! His favorite memory from Army ROTC was the Rappel Tower at CST. Another favorite memory was his role as Cadet Medical Officer (MEDO) at Fall FTX ‘24, being able to provide care for training injuries and triaging cadets gave me real experience working with the Army’s best cadets in a nursing context. Cadet Gaudioso is most excited to meet his goal of gaining experience in medical-surgical nursing before transitioning to the ICU setting and ultimately pursuing a career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in the United States Army. You will do amazing things Cadet Gaudioso! 🥼
