The Bull City VA 5K is approaching quickly. It is the same day as Aidan's Ride but earlier in the day. We will be done with the Bull City VA 5K long before Aidan's Ride starts so there will be plenty of time to support both of these important events.

Bull City Run Walk Roll 5K

The Durham VA Medical Center in partnership with the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 175 is proud to announce the inaugural VA Bull City Run, Walk & Roll 5K to be held on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015. This event will begin and end at the
Durham VA Medical Center located at 508 Fulton Street in Durham.
The route is accessible to run, walk or roll and will take participants through the beautiful Watts Hospital-Hillandale area near the VA. There will be support personnel along the route to assist with any equipment or grade challenges.
The event will begin at 8:00 am with the start of the 5K.
The VA Kids Running with the Bulls for kids 10 and under will begin at 9:15 am.

The entry fee for the VA Kids Running with the Bulls is $10. For the 5K, the fee is $25,
if registered on or before April 18th, and $30 thereafter, up to and including race day.
Entry fee for ALL Veterans is $10 regardless of date of registration. Shirts are guaranteed to all those registering NLT April 18th.
In the 5K, awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers, top three male and top three female chairs, and to the top three finishers in each of the following age groups - (both sexes) 14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60-over.
Late entries can register and pre-registered entrants can pick up their race packets on
Friday, May 1st from 4:00-7:00 pm at the front entrance of the
Durham VA Medical Center or on race day, beginning at 7:00 am.
