What a journey it has been!!!!

On July 14, 2025, we came together with a shared vision to Reset, Refocus, and Reignite. Today, June 12, 2026, we officially closed the chapter on another remarkable school year with our End-of-Year Faculty and Staff Celebration at Tony Roma's.

Over the past 11 months, our faculty and staff have demonstrated resilience, dedication, flexibility, and an unwavering commitment to the students and families of The School for Creative Studies. Together, we navigated challenges, celebrated successes, created memorable experiences for our students, and continued to build a culture centered on our 4 C's: Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Community.

From the first day of teacher workdays to graduation, promotion ceremonies, performances, athletic competitions, field trips, testing, and countless moments in between, our staff remained focused on ensuring that every student had the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.

Today was an opportunity to pause, reflect, laugh, celebrate, and simply enjoy one another's company before beginning a well-deserved summer break.

Thank you to every member of the SCS family for your hard work, sacrifice, and dedication throughout the 2025–2026 school year. Your impact extends far beyond the walls of our school and will be felt for years to come.

Have a safe, restful, and enjoyable summer!

The ceremony truly reflected our 4 C's of Creativity, Collaboration, Communication, and Community. One of the evening's highlights was an outstanding musical performance by Inaya "Ya-Ya" AbdurRaheem, accompanied by background singers from the SCS Chorus and members of the SCS Band Ensemble. Their rendition of Paramore's Ain't It Fun energized the audience and set a joyful tone for the celebration. (We don't own the rights to this music)

πŸ’™πŸ’š A Day of Celebration, Achievement, and New Beginnings at The School for Creative Studies!!!πŸ’™πŸ’š

The final day of the 2025–2026 school year was filled with memorable moments and Gryphon Pride!!!
We began the day by recognizing our students who demonstrated excellence in attendance and academics during our 4th Quarter Perfect Attendance and Honor Roll Celebration, sponsored by our incredible PTSA.

We are grateful for their continued support of our students and school community.

This evening, we celebrated the accomplishments of the The School for Creative Studies Class of 2026 during our graduation ceremony.

As Principal Clay shared during her remarks, this graduating class holds a special place in her heart as they were freshmen when she became principal.

The Class of 2026 has demonstrated resilience, leadership, determination, and perseverance throughout their high school journey. Many of our graduates overcame significant obstacles while continuing to pursue their dreams and goals. Their success is a testament to their strength, character, and commitment to excellence.

To our Honor Roll students, Perfect Attendance recipients, and graduates, we are proud of all you have accomplished.

Congratulations, Class of 2026! Once a Gryphon, Always a Gryphon!!!!
