North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency A division of the NC Department of Public Safety, NCORR supports long-term disaster recovery.

NCORR manages programs that support homeowner assistance, resiliency, affordable housing, infrastructure, mitigation, strategic buyout, local and tribal government grants and loans, and pandemic-related rent and utility assistance.
