On September 1st, even with a bit of chilly weather, a group of engineers, contractors, and transportation professionals, along with some Councilmembers, citizens, and city staff, joined Mayor Frederick for a ribbon cutting ceremony. With the completion of the Center Drive Overlay Project, Phase 4A and 4B, in the City of DuPont, there were accolades to share.

City Engineer Gus Lim introduced the key contributors to the successful project, from the funding to the design to the construction process. Mr. Greg Armstrong, the engineer from the Transportation Improvement Board who was instrumental in securing grant funding. Mr. Matt Collins, and Mr. Chris Ed from David Evans and Associates, provided the project design, drawings, and contract specifications. Mr. Cody Wolfe, Construction Contractor from Miles Resources who led the talented road construction team.

Congratulations to everyone involved for the smooth success on this road project!
