Yesterday we highlighted Senior Instructor Cono "Buddy" Casale emphasizing the importance of having both a VHF marine radio and a mobile phone when planning a day on the water.

Today, "Buddy", an Air Force veteran, is heading to Washington, DC as part of the "Honor Flight". An "Honor Flight" is a privately-funded mission to celebrate America’s Veterans by inviting them to share in a day of honor at our nation’s memorials.

If you're local, join us in welcoming back our veterans when they return from Washington, Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at the Clearwater-St. Petersburg Airport (PIE) about 7:30.
