The City of Duncanville has selected Marlon Goff as the City’s new Director of Economic Development, effective May 4, 2026.

Goff brings more than 25 years of experience in local government and economic development and has served the past year as the City’s Assistant Director and Interim Director of Economic Development. His experience in municipal leadership, business development, and community engagement positions him to continue advancing Duncanville’s economic development efforts and supporting strategic growth opportunities across the community.
