Friends of Montclair Community Library

Friends of Montclair Community Library A 501(c) volunteer organization with the purpose of promoting and benefiting our local library.

This purpose of this page is to communicate with our volunteers and community about the activities and events occurring within and for the benefit of the library. All funds raised from sales, cash donations and membership directly benefit children and adult activities and library programs including Storytimes, the Gaming Lounge, and other fun, engaging, and educational events hosted by the library.

Visit the Montclair Community Library now through Sept. 9th to shop the FMCL “Bag Sale.” Just $5 per bag for as many books as you can fit. Bags and books are on the tables just outside the elevators, and additional books and media can be found around the corner on the wall across from the restrooms.

Items on the orange carousel are price as marked.

Payments (and monetary donations) can be sent using our Square site or left in the lockbox located inside the library.

Proceeds from all book sales help to directly fund Montclair Community Library (and Independent Hill Neighborhood Library) activities and programming.
