Mentor North recently released our 2025 Impact Report!
Here, you can view how our mentor community grew, built connections and fostered resiliency last year. Check out numbers of participants in our programming last year, some demographics and hear testimonies of mentors and parents of youth involved in our mentor program.

Image 1: "The Mentor North Experience: In 2025, we had 206 youth enrolled in our programs, 1,501 mentor sessions logged, 4,608 mentoring hours logged, 117 mentors and 119 youth mentored.
Image 2: Over 90% of youth reported that having a mentor helped them feel positive about their future, feel better about themselves and their identity, and learn more about people with different experiences. Mentees also highlighted feeling happy when they are with their mentor and going new places and trying new things.

Image 5: Everyone is welcome at Mentor North! Pie charts showing statistics about gender identity: 71% of Mentors identify as Female, 24% as Male, and 5% of Mentors identify as Gender Fluid. 57% of Youth identify as Female, 40% as Male and 3% identify as Gender Fluid.
Image 6: 83% from Minnesota, 17% from Wisconsin. Family Demographics 70% Low income households, 45% youth of color, 45% youth with disabilities.
Image 7: 100% of mentors reported having a positive experience from mentoring. 100% of parents said the mentoring relationship had a positive impact on themselves and/or their family. Parents also observed their youth discovering new activities in the community, developing new hobbies and skills, improving their ability to build relationships, and spending less time on screens and more time outdoors.
