he Center for Changing Lives. The center will offer housing and supportive services for young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. In addition to services for families with young children and youth, we’ve been helping people in the Duluth community take charge of their finances and overcome debt since 1987. LSS Financial Counseling equips and empowers over 1,600 people each year to conquer their debt and achieve their financial goals. We provide debt, student loan, budget, credit, and housing counseling at no charge. The depth of LSS services in the Duluth community truly changes lives each and every day.
