LSC Erickson Library Erickson Library is located on the campus of Lake Superior College. It offers library and research services and provides individual and group study spaces.

Named after Lake Superior College's first President, Erickson Library is located in Duluth, Minnesota on the LSC campus. It offers library and research services to faculty, students, and staff of the LSC community. It also serves as a research hub and a quiet place for studying. The library has 8 computer terminals for internet access (available to LSC and Community Members) and printing (availabl

e only to LSC Members). There is a computer for catalog access to anyone in the library. The library has 9 group study rooms and 1 shared group study room for current students, faculty, and staff. The Shared Group Study Room doesn't require the use of your Student ID card. Some rooms are equipped with AirTame and media:scape technology units which utilize screen sharing for collaborative group work.

Wonderful to have folks at Ivy Vainio's art receptions on Thursday, March 19. Thank you for attending! If you didn't have a chance to visit, you can see the retrospective exhibit through mid-August! We're open 8-5 Monday-Thursday and 8-4 on Friday generally. Call us before you visit at 218-733-5912.

THIS THURSDAY-March 19: I’ll have two artist receptions at Erickson Library.
> noon - 1 pm for LSC Staff, students, alumni and community
> 5 pm - 7 pm
Both times are open to anyone who can make it. The library will have light refreshments for the first reception. At 5 pm: Aarne and I will have fresh baked goodies from and coffee. John Ward/Lori Hatten/ .tahtinen will be our musical guests. There will be an artist talk at 5:30, gift giveaway at 6 pm, and we will be handing out free “War Cry” event posters created by while they last. I’ll have several photographs (canvas, on metal, and prints) and one Vainio Blanket available for purchase.
