The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is the largest socialist organization in the United States. Twin Ports DSA is based in Duluth, and welcomes all members from northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. DSA is NOT a political party, but a big-tent political organization that operates from the bottom up. We provide a political home for people who share similar values, particularly those whom are part of Bernie Sanders' political revolution. We provide an open opportunity to dig deep into policy issues such as health care, develop positions, and share our understanding with the broader community. DSA's mission and shared vision is a humane international social order based on equitable distribution of resources, meaningful work, a healthy environment, sustainable growth, gender and racial equality, and non-oppressive relationships. Equality, solidarity and democracy can only be achieved through international political and social cooperation ensuring that economic institutions benefit all people.
