We wanted to share our "Cardiac Save" awards presented yesterday at the Region 5 EMS Council meeting hosted in Dublin, Ga.

Back in April of this year we received a 911 call to a cardiac arrest that resulted in a successful resuscitation and eventual full recovery with no deficits. Yesterday we gathered to celebrate and recognize those involved in his care. Making the event even more special, we were joined by our patient Capt. Justin Shirley of the Laurens County Sheriff's Office along with his family, friends, and coworkers to recognize everyone involved in his care that day.

We would also like to wish her the best in her new business endeavor as the new owner/operator of the Mulberry Kitchen in downtown Dublin!! Paramedic Connor has always been highly regarded by her coworkers and patients, and we are absolutely sure that she will bring that same “others before herself” mentality to the Mulberry Kitchen!!
