Chief Suokko and Chief Letourneau (Ret.) had the distinction to serve as part of the honor guard paying respect to Lt. Earl Nelson of the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council who served as the Chief of Police in Dublin from 1992 - 1997. His 40+ years of dedication, and contributions to New Hampshire Law Enforcement is truly a legacy of service.

Active and retired law enforcement officers are invited to participate in the Law Enforcement Walk-Through on Thursday, August 20th. Please arrive no later than 1545 hours. Uniform of the day or civilian attire with badge displayed.

The members of the Dublin Police Departmemt send their sincere condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Lt. Earl Nelson of the New Hampshire Police Standards and Training Council. Lt. Nelson served in many roles over his 40+ years in law enforcement including as the Police Chief in Dublin from 1992-1997.

Chief Suokko had the pleasure of conducting a full day of in-service training with the staff of the Dublin Consolidated School . The training focused on improving their understanding of their Emergency Operations Plan and decision-making skills needed to protect students and coordinate with school leadership and first responders in the event of an emergency.
