Members of the North Point VFC St 39 spending the nice day outfitting and training on the new brush skid for our utility truck adding another added benefit to our response area by upgrading an existing apparatus. Taking full advantage of the day and manpower Engine 39 getting ready to be taken to the city garage to find a better use for the city as a whole.

Squad 39 is out at Old Navy for a kids safety day! Come out and see us and others as we support our community. Bundle up as it is colder than we want it to be in May! 10a to 1p

One of our own members is going through a very rough time battling cancer.

John Weidow has been an integral member and resource to get our QRS service active and provide additional medical assistance to all of Treasure Lake and Sabula. As a mentor Weidow has always been selfless in assisting all who needed encouraging words, information, and support going through the rigorous process of medical certification.

Weidow's career has always been to serve the public as he works with EMS West which is our local point of support of testing and certification for medical services.

He joined our fire company with a focus on EMS, however, could easily be found tossing on fire gear and doing as much as he could on fire scenes as well.

As Weidow continues to battle cancer, we ask the community he tirelessly devoted his time protecting to donate, share, and send along encouraging comments to help in any way possible.

We thank each and every one of our community members for anything done for John and his family.

North Point Fire Company Members, Officers, and all whom John had helped over the years.
