Yesterday members of Station 37 participated in the annual Prom Promise at the DuBois High School. The program is designed to make the students aware of the dangers of drinking and driving. Stations 38, 74, and 73 completed the extrication of the patients while we setup a landing zone for LifeFlight.
It was a great opportunity for our younger crew to see what is involved in setting up an LZ. This event was sponsored by Sunny 106.5 and the PLCB. Thank you to both sponsors to help keep this presentation going!

This past week, the Region 3 Swift Water Rescue Team proudly took delivery of our brand new Rescue Trailer.
On Saturday, members of the team dedicated the day to gutting the previous trailer and carefully organizing and outfitting the new one. It was a full day of hard work, teamwork, and preparation — all with one goal in mind: being ready when our community needs us most.
This new trailer is a tremendous asset to our team. The updated layout and improved setup allow for a faster, more efficient response, ensuring we can deploy equipment quickly and operate more effectively on scene.
A big thank you to every member who gave their time and effort to make this transition seamless. Progress like this doesn’t happen without commitment and teamwork.
Stronger together. Always ready.
