My sinuses are killing me today, will not be in Yoga classes.
However, Libraries should have videos.

It looks like another blast of winter and snow is coming tomorrow. My driveway is still recovering from last week so, I will not be at either Library tomorrow for classes. I hope to resume next week with Tai Chi and Regular at Gallatin and Regular and Seated at Grant.
They have videos for any who can brave the weather for class!
