🚨On Thursday, April 2 from 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM, emergency alert systems across Texas will be tested as part of a coordinated statewide drill.

This includes alerts sent through systems like Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) and the Emergency Alert System (EAS). You may receive messages across your devices—this is only a test. No action is required.

Regular testing helps ensure our community can be notified quickly and accurately during real emergencies. It also helps us improve systems, strengthen communication, and better prepare our community for disasters.
