You’re invited! Valley of the Tetons Library Seed Library (56 N Main St, Victor) is hosting a FREE Seed Saving class with Jennifer Werlin, University of Idaho Extension Service educator on Monday, Sept 21, 5-6:30pm.
Come and bring any local, open-pollinated, heirloom seeds you’re growing for a community seed swap. We’re especially looking for seed donations of:
Beets - all varieties
Carrots - all varieties
Pumpkins
Herbs - Dill, thyme, marjoram, etc.
Flowers - Hollyhocks, marigolds, etc.

What an incredible night celebrating the 19th Annual Tin Cup Challenge and the generosity of Teton Valley! 💚

This year, our community came together to raise an incredible $4.5 million for local nonprofits — a record-breaking year that demonstrates what is possible when we invest in the organizations serving our community.

For Teton County 4-H, Tin Cup support helps us provide meaningful opportunities for local youth to learn, lead, grow, and develop the skills they need to be Beyond Ready for life. 🌟

To every donor, Challenger, business, volunteer, family, and community member who supported Teton County 4-H — THANK YOU! Your generosity makes a lasting difference in the lives of Teton County youth.

This year’s Tin Cup Challenge celebrated:

💚 $4,509,605 raised for Teton Valley nonprofits
💚 1,766 individual donors
💚 73 participating nonprofits
💚 255 Business & Community Challengers
💚 672 volunteer hours
💚 More than $35 million raised over 19 years

These numbers represent so much more than dollars. They represent neighbors helping neighbors, businesses investing in community, volunteers giving their time, and donors believing in the work being done right here in Teton Valley.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of a community that believes in the potential of young people and invests in their future.

Come on down to the Teton Valley Fair in Driggs 12-3pm TODAY July 29 for a chainsaw basics class with UI Extension specialist Dr. Ryer Becker. We will learn some best practices for forestry using a chainsaw.
