We’re excited to invite our community to the 2026 Earth Day Celebration on Saturday, April 25th from 10 AM–1 PM at the Teton County Fairgrounds in Driggs! Hosted by TVCR and Mountain Roots Education

Our 4-H STEAM Club and Cloverbuds will be performing the Earth Day play:
🎭 “The Busy Little Earth Day Farm”

🌿 Stop by the University of Idaho Extension & 4-H booth to:

This week the Governor signed a statewide drought emergency. This allows water users to shift existing water rights to help meet their needs. For instance, if a farmer normally grows crops on two fields, and now knows they will only get half of their normal allotment, they can allow one field to go fallow for the summer, and temporarily shift that water right to allow the full allotment to be used on the second field.

The University of Idaho Extension's High-Altitude Master Gardener Program with Teton, Valley, and Blaine Counties is open until January 22nd!

Horticulture professionals or home gardeners are invited to take our 2026 Idaho Master Gardener program focused on short-season, high-altitude climates.

This hybrid course includes approximately three hours of coursework per week, with 13 Thursday lunch-hour Zoom meetings (12–1 p.m. MST) from January 29–April 30th, with monthly in-person labs held through September. Learn more and register at:
