FOUND DOG: This little guy was found when he wandered into a business on Peabody Avenue. He is wearing a collar with a chewed-through leash still attached.Proof of ownership and a current rabies certificate are required to reclaim him. Please call 978-459-0691 during regular business hours, or contact the Dracut Police non-emergency line at 978-957-2123 after hours.

🐢 UPDATE: Jimy has been reunited with his family!
A huge thank you to this mom and her 5-year-old son for finding the tortoise 🐢❤️

Dracut Animal Control received a report of a missing Hermann’s tortoise named Jimy.

Jimy escaped from his yard yesterday afternoon. With the cool, rainy weather, he may be tucked under bushes, leaves, decks, or other cover. As it warms up, he loves clover and may come out to bask in a sunny spot.

Please keep an eye out and check your yard if you live nearby. His family would really like to get him home!

Missing Dog: Male Boston Terrier - MA 7/9/26
Doug is 1 yr/10 lbs. He is Tan & White and wearing a collar/tags. He is missing from the area of Pinckney St/Morris St. Do not call out to him or chase him!

This handsome guy was found in the Lakeview Avenue / Mammoth Road area of Dracut.
