๐Ÿ‚ Leaf Pick-Up Update ๐Ÿ‚
The Street Department is currently ahead of schedule, so crews are moving into additional areas to collect piles that are already at the curb. Donโ€™t worry โ€” we will still return to every area on its regular scheduled pick-up day.

Because of how the leaves have fallen this year, we know some neighborhoods may have their final scheduled pick-up before all leaves are down. To help with this, we will make one final pass through all areas after the regular schedule is complete.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Please have all remaining leaves at the curb no later than December 11th.

Thank you!

๐Ÿ‚ Brush Pickup Season Has Ended

Just a reminder that Village brush pickup runs January through September each year, weather permitting.
If conditions are unsafe (for example, during heavy snow or ice in February), pickup may be temporarily suspended for that month.

Brush pickup will not resume again this year, so please plan accordingly for disposal.

If you have any questions, donโ€™t hesitate to contact Village Hall at 330-658-2181 ext. 1104 โ€” weโ€™re happy to help!

Thank you for helping keep Doylestown looking its best! ๐ŸŒณ

Protecting Our Water Supply โ€“ Backflow Prevention & Cross-Connection Control

In the Village of Doylestown, protecting our public water supply is a top priority.
All properties with backflow prevention devices are required to have these devices tested annually by a certified backflow tester. In addition, any property with a backflow prevention device must complete a cross-connection control survey at least once every three years.
These important steps help ensure contaminants donโ€™t enter our public water system and keep our drinking water safe for everyone.
Property owners are responsible for meeting these requirements. Failure to comply may result in penalties or service interruption.
For more information on backflow devices and cross-connection education, please visit our Village website:

๐Ÿ‘‰ https://doylestown.com/2217/Backflow-Information

There youโ€™ll find educational resources, helpful information links, and the required cross-connection survey that residents can complete online.
For additional information or to report suspected cross-connections, please contact the Village Office at 330-658-2181 ext. 1140.

Attention Residents:
We wanted to inform you that our crew is currently working on repairing broken water valves in the Church St/Ridgetop area. This maintenance is crucial to ensure the reliability and quality of your water supply.
What to Expect:
Discolored or frothy water: You may notice some discoloration or frothiness in your water. This is due to sediment being stirred up and air bubbles entering the lines. Rest assured, these issues are temporary.
Hydrant flushing: Once the repairs are completed, the crew will be flushing several hydrants to clear the lines. This should improve water clarity and quality.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us. We will also keep you updated with any new information.
