Brian Fitzpatrick wants you to believe in the “Harvie Files.” Here’s the problem: they don’t exist. Bob Harvie testified to a grand jury as a witness. Not a target. Not a suspect. Nobody was charged. Harvie has filed a defamation lawsuit against the PAC behind those signs.

But if Fitzpatrick wants to talk about files, let’s open his. Unlike the Harvie Files, the Fitzpatrick Campaign Files are real, and they’re public record:

📁 2018: A paid staffer faked press credentials to get access to his opponent
📁 2022: A paid operative was charged with stealing an opponent’s signs
📁 2022: Another staffer was caught in a possible ballot-harvesting scheme
📁 2026: Bob Harvie’s signs tampered with by yet another staffer
📁 2026: Campaign ads citing a friend’s self-published Patch posts as if they were real news
