The Public Defender's Office is hosting another record cleaning clinic this Saturday, December 10 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Upper Bucks Campus of the Bucks County Community College. If you have charges that were dismissed or an older conviction, you may be eligible to clean your record through an expungement, record sealing, or a pardon.

We will be located in the Career Link Office in the South Building located at 1 Hillendale Road, Perkasie, PA 18944.

Please bring financial documentation showing that you qualify for public defender representation.

The Bucks County Public Defender's Office is hosting an Expungement, Pardons, and Clean Slate record-sealing clinic on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:30 PM at our office. We are located on the 1st floor of the Bucks County Justice Center, located at 100 N. Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901,

Please join us to see if we can help you erase or clean up your prior criminal record. You will need to provide proof that you financially qualify for public defender services so please bring all relevant financial records.

If you had court scheduled for 9 AM, then your court hearing will now be heard at 11 AM.

Because of inclement weather, all Bucks County government and court offices will operate today, Friday, Jan. 7, on a two-hour delayed schedule.

Court proceedings will adjust accordingly. Jurors do not need to report.
