There's a lot of news and (mis) information coming down about the lawsuit that the National Association of Realtors recently agreed to settle. The settlement has not yet been approved. There are plenty of people talking without having a clue what they are talking about. As licensed agents, we are being made well-aware of the situation with up-to-the minute information. I promise, I will share FACTUAL information with you regarding changes, if any, as they actually happen. Beware of the speculation and BS surrounding this issue. As licensed real estate agents we have a duty to comply with the laws imposed by the state or commonwealth as well as ethical obligations imposed by our boards. It is important to understand that vary from state to state. Being a veteran of 28 years in the real estate industry, I have been through many changes, this will be just another down the long line.
