Hi, Im Cynthia! A new member of YBB and new to aba as well. I’ve been in this field for only 5 months. I wanted to become an RBT because I love helping out kids. Growing up I always wanted to be a teacher, and this position allows me do exactly that. The more I show up for my kid, the more progress I see in them and it just makes me so happy that I’m able to assist in preparing them for the world. Working with children has taught me the value of patience which has helped me in my everyday life and made me better person overall.

Hi I’m Christina BCBA here at YBB. I have a bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Black Studies from Knox College in Galesburg, IL. I also have a MS in Psychology with a specialty in ABA. I would have never guessed that this would be my career because none of this was planned but I always knew I wanted to work with children. I love that I get to work with children and help them learn to advocate for themselves, that is my true passion.

Hi I’m Sheka! A Rbt at Your Best Behavior. I’ve been a rbt for 3 1/2 years. My favorite thing about what I do here at YBB would have to be seeing our kiddos learn the skills they need to be successful! It warms my heart to know I play a role in assisting them with exceeding expectations daily and to see how much joy it brings our families.
