Our 5th graders showed incredible spirit and teamwork in their end-of-year kickball game against the teachers. Despite the 13-1 score, their determination and enthusiasm were truly inspiring.

๐ŸŒŸResilience: They played with heart and never gave up, showing us all the true meaning of resilience.

๐ŸŒŸTeam Spirit: The camaraderie and support for each other were amazing to see.

๐ŸŒŸNew Adventures: As they move on to middle school, we know they'll bring this same energy and positivity to every new challenge.

Last Thursday, the ๐’๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐“๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ฐ brought our community together for an evening full of creativity, courage, and incredible performances. ๐ŸŒŸ From singing and dancing to unique acts that wowed the audience, our students truly shined on stage! Our students amazed us with their confidence and willingness to share their gifts.

These students proudly represented ๐๐ž๐ฅ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง at the ๐’๐‹๐€๐Œ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” (Student Literacy and Media Showcase)! They created impressive 2D and 3D projects and videos inspired by books from the SSYRA book list, bringing stories to life through creativity and media.

Students also had the exciting opportunity to hear from H.D. Hunter, author of ๐˜๐˜ถ๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ, and gain insight into his writing process and the inspiration behind the book.
