Additionally, the company provides a very generous 401K program (both pre-tax & Roth options) and encourages all employees to participate. Company match is an amount equal to 100% of the first 4% of compensation that you contribute to the Plan for each payroll period.

PTO ACCRUALS

All regular employees working 32 hours per week, or more, are eligible for PTO accumulation. Full-time employees accumulate PTO hours at the following rates:

Length of Service Hours Accumulated

Up to first year of service 120 (15 eight-hour days) = 10 hours per month
One year to under 5 years 152 (19 eight-hour days) = 12.67 hours per month
5 years to under 10 years 184 (23 eight-hour days) = 15.34 hours per month
10 years and over 216 (27 eight-hour days) = 18 hours per month

Disability Bank

Another portion of the PTO Program is the disability bank. Disability bank hours are to be used only for extended illness, injury, disability related to pregnancy, or hospitalization. Therefore, they can be drawn only after three continuous calendar days of illness or disability starting with the fourth day. If an employee or dependent is hospitalized or has surgery (including day surgery procedures where general anesthesia is required) for something other than a work-related problem, the disability bank hours may be used starting with the first day of hospitalization. Disability related to pregnancy will be treated like any other medical condition.

Disability hours will accumulate at the rate of five days (40 hours) per year for full-time employees. Employees may accumulate up to 240 hours for protection for up to 30 days of disability. Again, at separation, no payment will be made for any hours in the disability bank.
