Chapel Hill High School is excited to participate in the interactive Outside the Box Exhibit at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta!

Our National Art Honor Society students created an impressive whale shark sculpture measuring 7.5 feet long and 2 feet wide, entirely from cardboard! This incredible piece, along with several other creations by Douglas County students and teachers, will be on display at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta beginning September 5.

A special thank-you to Emily Remmel of Bill Arp Elementary and Keatyn Remmel, Guest Experience Coordinator at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta, for providing this amazing opportunity for our students and teachers to showcase their creativity and artistic talents!

We are proud to see Panther creativity beyond the walls of CHHS!

September 8th

Mark your calendars! Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, and we encourage families to connect with their scholar’s teachers. Conferences will be available both virtually and in person and will be scheduled in 15-minute appointments between 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.–3:30 p.m.

Please reach out directly to your scholar’s teachers to schedule a conference time. These conversations provide an opportunity to discuss academic progress, classroom expectations, and ways we can work together to support your scholar throughout the school year.

Chapel Hill High School Counseling and SGA will host a Virtual Senior Parent Night on Tuesday, August 18, at 6:00 p.m.

This important meeting will provide seniors and parents with information to help make the senior year successful, including:
