π₯ **CTAE Learning in Action!** ππ―
Today, our CTAE Department welcomed **Firefighters Jaylin Paul and Matthew Long** for an exciting cross-pathway learning experience!
Firefighter Paul, a graduate of Alexander High School, and Firefighter Long, a graduate of South Cobb High School and Alabama State University, spent the day engaging students across several CTAE pathways, including Mrs. Greeneβs LPSCS, Ms. Walkerβs Food & Nutrition, Mrs. Cherryβs Cosmetology, Ms. Barnbyβs Agriculture, Mrs. Upton and Mrs. Thompsonβs ECE, and Ms. Thomassonβs Healthcare classes.
Students learned essential **fire-safety skills**, explored careers in the **fire service**, and gained valuable insight into **teamwork, leadership, emergency response, and community service**. Through real-world experiences and demonstrations, Firefighters Paul and Long showed students how each career pathway can play an important role in public safety and serving the community.
ππ A huge **THANK YOU** to Firefighters Paul and Long for investing in our Tigers, inspiring our students, and helping strengthen the connection between **classroom learning and real-world service!**
