Today, we pause as a community to honor and remember the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the strength that carried our nation forward on September 11, 2001.

May we never forget the sacrifice, courage, and unity shown on that day and in the days that followed. 🇺🇸

Man! The Hitch and Haul Trailers crew really know how to throw a party!
The Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting this morning at their newly remodeled office, located at 2237 on the Ocilla Hwy in Douglas, was one we wont soon forget! The trailer business isn't new to them, as Douglas is their second location to New York! Go check out their new space and let them tell you why they chose Douglas as their newest spot to do business!

We had the best time today at Mack's Chevron Food Mart for their official Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon Cutting! The true hospitality from the new owners, their family members and employees can be felt as soon as you open the doors!
And dont get us started on the lunch 🤤 - quoted directly from Mayor Tony Paulk- "Mack's is BACK!"

TOMORROW, Friday, September 4th, Georgia Recovers in Communities is coming to Coffee Regional Medical Center, bringing communities together to raise awareness about substance use disorders, celebrate recovery, and strengthen connections! 🚌

We are honored to host the Georgia Council for Recovery’s Georgia Recovers in Communities Bus Tour from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at Coffee Regional Medical Center!

9:00–10:15 a.m.: Join us in CRMC meeting Rooms 102 & 103 (just outside the cafeteria) for a panel discussion focused on how addiction and recovery affect our communities and the important role healthcare and community resources play in supporting individuals and families.

10:15–11:00 a.m: Attendees will have the opportunity to sign the recovery bus

We hope you’ll join us for this meaningful event as we raise awareness, inspire hope and strengthen our community’s commitment to recovery. 💜

As the Douglas-Coffee County Chamber celebrates 100 years, we’re starting to plan our 100th Annual Meeting & Awards Dinner and we want to hear from YOU!

One of the big questions on the table: When should we have it?

Do we stick with our traditional Thursday evening? Move it to a Friday or Saturday? Or is there something completely different you’d love to see?

We’ve put together a VERY short survey to hear from our members. It’ll only take a minute, and your feedback will help us plan a celebration our Chamber members will want to be part of.
