sorry to pass along disappointing news: the Wyoming House of Representatives just voted down the proposed increase in the fine for not wearing a seat belt.

Status of Seat Belt Bill(SF 51):
Passed the Senate but changed from a Primary Law back to a Secondary with a higher fine of $75. Waiting for introduction into the House.
