Last Thursday, AEL 90 hosted a Landing Zone class in Irwin County! We always jump at the opportunity to hang out with our fellow first responders in our service area & teach them the importance of LZ safety! 🚁

What a milestone! Flight Nurse, Kristi Tuttle, will be employed with Air Evac for FOUR years on March 14 of this year! As a rule of thumb, our nurses & medics “average” 100 flights per year of service! Kristi, is always above average…in flight numbers & as a flight nurse!! We are SO PROUD of Kristi & her service to AEL 90! She goes above & beyond the call of duty! She keeps track of ALL things at our base, keeps our space clean & tidy, & we just love her fun-loving personality! She is all around the BEST!!

Way to provide excellent critical care & ACCESS to all of our patients!

🌟One of our most favorite pilots (we ❤️them all) earned a new milestone, & we couldn’t be happier for him! Greg Brotherton hasn’t been with us at AEL 90 very long, but his kind demeanor, protective nature, & always smiling face has captured our hearts! In that short time, Greg already earned his 5️⃣0️⃣ flight wings!! Congrats on earning 50, Greg! We can’t wait to assist you in earning many more!🌟

‼️To say we are excited at AEL 90 to have Chris McDaniel as our new Program Manager, is an understatement. Today was our first Base Safety Meeting under our new leadership. There are great things to come for our base, & we are eager to be on the same team as Chris as we go forward! Congrats again, Chris!‼️

We would like to congratulate Chris McDaniel on his acceptance of the Program Manager position at AEL 90!

Chris has been in EMS for 30 years, worked for Air Evac for 12.5 years, and served as the Base Clinical Lead right here at AEL 90 for the last 4.5 years!

We are over the moon excited to have Chris fulfill this role! Chris will officially start as PM on February 22! 🚁🇺🇸

AEL 90 couldn’t be more PROUD to announce that our very own, Levi Williams, has successfully completed the rigorous effort to earn his BCEN certification of CFRN! This was no easy feat, as Levi had to study, work, and become a brand new father to a beautiful boy throughout the process! But as every hero always does….he put in the work & HE DID IT!

We held our 48 hour refresher course in Alma, GA Monday-Friday of this week! This collaborative event was put on by AE90 & AE183. We had 38 students (not all are in the picture) + we did a LZ class!

Instructors were Chris McDaniel, Michael Thompson, Jeffery Fussell (strike team), Stacey Tapley(AE 95), John Rogers (AE 91 program manager), Will Arnold, Mandi Shiver (RT from SGMC Valdosta).
