We still have about 20 spots left in the camp before it is full! We are expanding registration which will now also allow incoming 6th graders the opportunity to attend. We are thrilled to announce our 3rd Annual Summer Exploration Camp for incoming 7th and 8th graders (2026-2027 school year) in Houston County Schools! 🎉 This camp is completely FREE—no cost to attend!

🛠️ What to Expect:
✅ Hands-on activities in various career fields
✅ Early career exploration opportunities
✅ A free camp t-shirt for all attendees
✅ Snack provided daily

🚗 Transportation:
Students will be responsible for their own transportation to and from camp each day.

Wednesday, May 6th, we had the opportunity to recognize 56 amazing graduating seniors for their outstanding achievements in the field of career and technical education. These students either signed commitments to the workforce, military, and law enforcement, or were acknowledged for being recipients of career technical scholarships to further propel their future at the next level. We are so proud of these young men and women for their great accomplishments and are always excited for a chance to celebrate student success and the next generation of community leaders! Thank you to all of our business and industry partners across the community that invest so much into our students and our school that make events like these possible!

Last night, the HCCA Marketing Excellence & Leadership Awards Ceremony was truly one to remember. We had the opportunity to celebrate the incredible accomplishments, leadership, creativity, and dedication of our marketing students and DECA members who have worked so hard throughout the year.

From classroom projects and community involvement to competitions, leadership initiatives, and chapter activities, our students continue to represent HCCA with excellence. Watching them be recognized for their hard work and growth was such a special moment for everyone involved.

A huge thank you to Magnolia Bay for allowing us to host our ceremony at your beautiful venue. The atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking and made the evening even more memorable for our students, families, and guests.

We are so proud of each student recognized last night and excited to see all the amazing things ahead for them. Thank you to our families, supporters, business partners, and community members who continue to pour into our program and encourage our students to dream big and lead well.

Nurse Caitlin is truly the best, and we are so thankful to have her at HCCA! She is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed, and she takes such great care of our students (and all of us too 😊). Her kindness, calm spirit, and dedication do not go unnoticed.
