🐬 Attention Harleyville Elementary Families! 🐬

Returning student registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open! Registration information was emailed to families last week. If you did not receive an email, please contact the front office so we can verify that we have the correct email address on file.

If your child will be attending a different school next year, please contact the front office to complete the necessary paperwork so your child's records can be transferred to their new school.

Harleyville Elementary School will close at 12:00 PM tomorrow, Friday, June 5th.
Beginning Monday, June 8, the school office will operate on summer hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Parents, keep an eye on your inbox! You will soon receive an Account Confirmation Email from FinalForms.

Here is what to do when it arrives:

Open the email and click CONFIRM YOUR ACCOUNT
Create your FinalForms password and click CONFIRM ACCOUNT
Log in at dorchesterfour-sc.finalforms.com
Click INCOMPLETE FORMS for each student and complete all required forms
Sign your full name in the parent signature field on each form and click SUBMIT FORM
Before you sit down to register, have this information handy:

Basic medical history and health information
Insurance company and policy number
Doctor, dentist, and specialist contact information
Hospital preference and contact information
Once all forms are submitted, you will see a "Forms Finished" confirmation. Need to add another student? Just click MY STUDENTS and repeat the process.

The emails will be sent the week of June 8, 2026.
