*** OUTAGE FULLY RESTORED***

Thank you to everyone who reported the outage and for your patience as our lineman went to work on this outage!

*9:00pm UPDATE*

Crews continue to repair the damaged insulators and coordinate with SIPC to get the substation back online. Approximate ETA of restoration is 11:00pm.

We are aware of a large outage affecting members served by our Metropolis substation. Crews are on-scene and will be working to repair blown insulators. This will be an extended outage as our lineman work to safely make the necessary repairs, but an ETA will be provided as soon as possible.

JR Wright & Haydyn Williamson, our 2026 Youth Tour delegates have returned from their weeklong trip to D.C.!

They spent time meeting with elected officials, taking in the sights, and mixing in some fun along the way!

We are proud to have them represent our local youth, and can’t wait to see what they accomplish in the future!

Williamson & Wright head to D.C.! 🏛️

2026 Youth Tour Delegates, Haydyn Williamson & JR Wright, loaded the bus this morning to take on our nation’s capital this week! They’ll discover the history and significance of electric cooperatives across the country, meet fellow delegates from nearly each state, and get to tour some of America’s most popular museums and monuments just a few weeks before the 2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ celebration! 🇺🇸
